In this session, you will discover:

• Ways to work with the full moon - build energy, shine your light

• Self-expression as sacred self-care - tend beauty in a world that’s longing for healing, and allow your inner glow to become the medicine

• Learn how to prepare an infused rose and mint bath to uplift the spirit and make your skin glow like moonlight

• Connect with the uplifting energy of rose, motherwort, elder, mint, and cinnamon

💜 Module Three ~ November 5th: The Notorious Mercury Retrograde – Herbal Allies for Slowing Down

In this session, you will experience:

• An invitation to re-member, re-view, re-consider, and re-plenish your body, mind, and inner vision

• Embrace stillness as an opportunity to relax and gain clarity - an act of radical self-care

• Discover how rest connects us with ancestral wisdom and restores joy - rejuvenate and renew yourself and our world

• Learn how to prepare an infused elderflower and plantain bath to remember ancestral guidance, regenerate simple fun and childlike wonder, and cool down inflammation

• Be nourished by the soothing presence of rosemary, lemon balm, oats, skullcap, and dandelion

In this session, you will journey through:

• Bring potency to your intentions through ritual, repetition, and loving practice
