Erika Huarcaya is a native Peruvian of the Chanka peoples of Apurimac in the Andes Mountains.

Her grandmother spent her life as a traditional Andean midwife and doula. Her practice involved using Cacao as a plant ally in the birthing process, opening the energetic channels and uniting families, creating emotionally connected, harmonic environments for the crucial stage of life that is the birth of a baby.

Nowadays, Erika carries on this sacred and ceremonial practice outside of midwifery, bringing harmony, openness, and kindness to her global community. She is also an apprentice and ally of the Q'ero Nation, the lineage of Andean wisdom keepers known to be the last "pure blood" descendants of the Incas.

Marc-John Brown is Erika’s husband, to whom she’s been married since 2009. Together with Erika, Marc-John has embarked on a lifetime of studies in Indigenous wisdom traditions. Since 2019, he has been an apprentice of the Shipibo-Konibo tribe of the Peruvian Amazon Jungle and an ally and collaborator among multiple other living Indigenous peoples.

As an integration coach, transpersonal life coach, and spiritually-oriented business coach, Marc-John has walked the path of ancient wisdom and modern entrepreneurship for over 17 years. He guides high-performing athletes and entrepreneurs, heart-centered seekers, and leaders in the realms of plant medicine and altered states toward harmony, success, meaningful transformation, and true reciprocity in all areas of their life.
